Individual sessions are the "workhorse" of my method.

 

I like to conduct them face to face, in person.

We may go on a walk together, instead of sitting down.

We may sit down for a glass of wine.

You may cry, one day, during a session, as we reach the heart of what you're going through.

 

Whatever the space, the individual sessions are the safe space which you need to find the re-integrated pieces of the complex problem you're trying to resolve.
